The governor of a state, by federal government sponsorship, allocates and builds three to four NYCs, in several strategic locations in the state. The NYCs are centers, the would have the provisions of a training area, working, business, sporting and rentals areas, all vividly having facilities and equipments for full function activities as detailed by iQi Blueprint for NYC. We made a pdf file, having every detail of NYC, from the idea to it's full operations.
The NYC after creation would provide training. For youths that want to be part of the system. They get trained, after that, they are issued an NYC Access Card, to work, rent or use the working areas. Each youth could, work directly with NYC, or collectively or individually. Also, there would be a very active website with available gigs in every sector.
Features include:
• Training: first piece of action is the training; in the skills desired, on NYC Business System, and on how to run a self owned business. After which, an access card is issued.
• Business Activities: either to work with NYC, or for self or both, or a group at NYC.
- Work with NYC; as staff of the organization, carrying out daily duties of the organization. The business area, has workers that oversee the daily business activities of NYC.
- NYC Gigs; NYC would chase contracts and public projects as business for the organization, positions or human services needed for the projects would be done by Access Card owners in the required fields.
For example if NYC secures a contract to make Furniture for ASO Rock Villa, the Furnitures will be made by the wood work department of NYC, which equally means, wood work Access Card owners would do the work.
- NYC website gigs; for access card onwers to know available gigs to earn from. These are available gigs posted on the website. Could be in-house or third party.
Rentals: there are cubicles, open space offices, lounge offices for rentals. One can build self owned business from these rentals. The rentals cover studios; content creation studios, digital studios, audio studio, photo studio, offices; cubicles, mini work areas for repairs, for manufacturing, Internet Lounge Work Space, mini offices for branded businesses, and Come & Go setups for businesses that operate only when they get clients. One can rent yearly, monthly, weekly, daily or hourly with affordable charges for Access Card owners.
- Personal Gigs: Example if a photographer gets a photoshoot gig. Benefits include, available photo studio to use, camera and equipments based on hourly rental for as low as N300 per hour. The photographer gets to come empty handed, use all available device and gadget at NYC for a charge, get the gig done, and get paid. Same with a welder, a carpenter, a programmer, a graphic designer and sort. They come daily, use the facilities to do their gigs, pay for usage, and tax and they get their order done, they get paid.
So NYC is a work station that covers facilities, location, operations and business. Daily, thousands of youths would get to go to NYC, do their task or gig, earn a few bucks to fuel daily living.
The system is flexible and allows smart youths to use the opportunities to grow community supporting businesses.

NYC, like NYSC would greatly impact Nigeria in many ways. It would reduce crime, it would open many economic sources for the country and it would engage Nigerian Youths once again in contributing to the progress and development of Nigeria. This is the solid game changer for Unemployment, for Nigerian Economy and with NYC fully in operation, the country Nigeria itself would have purpose for youths, it would develop direction for contributots.
To get Nigeria to be great again, the youths have to be involved.
